FAQs
Common questions about forklift service
Practical answers on scope, contracts, intervals and coverage.
Do you attend breakdowns on site?
Yes. Most diagnosis and repair work is carried out at your premises. Machines are moved to our workshop only when the repair requires equipment we cannot bring on site, such as major transmission or mast work.
What is the difference between comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMC?
A comprehensive AMC covers scheduled visits, labour and the parts defined in the contract. A non-comprehensive AMC covers scheduled visits and labour, with parts charged separately as used. Both include a fixed visit schedule.
How often should a diesel forklift be serviced?
Service intervals are set by running hours and operating conditions rather than by calendar alone. Dusty environments, multi-shift use and heavy load cycles need shorter intervals. We recommend an interval after inspecting the machine and reviewing its hour meter.
Do you supply parts for makes you did not service originally?
Yes. We supply genuine and OEM-equivalent parts for common industrial forklift makes. Provide the make, model and serial number and we will identify the correct part specification.
Is maintenance included in long-term rental?
Yes. Rental terms include scheduled maintenance for the duration of the contract, so rental cost stays predictable.
Which areas do you cover?
Regular on-site service covers Gurugram, Delhi NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan and Gujarat. Contract support and parts supply are available Pan India.
